You can stir fry by itself with some oil and a little salt.
You can add it in any meat dish you cook.
Adding in a soup you make at the last several minutes.
Dumpling fillings if you know how to make dumplings.
Stir fry with shiitake (Shiitake needs longer cooking than the greens.)
Add in any stew in the last several minutes of cooking.
